Kamal Golaube

Hi CREW! My name is Kamal but you can call me 'Mr. Sunshine☀️' because of my radiating energy and enthusiasm. I fell in love with SPENGA 4 years ago where I instructed at SPENGA Fort Collins in Colorado and can’t express how much love and passion I have for SPENGA.

I ran Division 1 track at Colorado State University while receiving my degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine as well as a graduate certificate in Nutrition Sciences.

What makes SPENGA so special is that this WERKout is for anyone and the community and members we have are some of the best people in the world.

The energy that SPENGA brings is immaculate and it truly brings out the best version of yourself in every aspect. The way we break the WERKout into 3 pillars of fitness is something no other studio does which makes it THE BEST WERKOUT EVER!

I love SPENGA because it meets everyone in the middle no matter where they are in life. I love SPENGA because it changes and saves lives. I love SPENGA because it brings individuals in one place to let loose and have fun while WERKING. I love SPENGA because it allows me to be my authentic self everyday and I get to build a personal connection with the members and our staff.

Kirsten Frison

Hi! I’m Kirsten! 💚

After two years as a dedicated member, I’m thrilled to be joining the crew as an instructor! SPENGA has been such a huge part of my fitness journey — it helped me get back into a routine after having kids and reminded me how good it feels to move with purpose.

My love for fitness is rooted in my extensive background in dance and dance education. When I’m not at the dance studio or SPENGA, I love painting and making sourdough. As a busy mom of two boys, I know how important it is to make time for yourself!

I’m a big believer in the mind-body connection and how mindset and intention can carry over into every area of your life. SPENGA helped me find a new level of confidence, and now I get to help you feel that same strength and motivation. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself. ✨

Tiffini Payten

Hi SPENGA Crew! My name is Tiffini, I'm a wife & mom of 3 boys! I'm so thrilled to be here on this journey with you all. I joined SPENGA over a year ago after promising to pour back into myself the same way that I've poured into my own family. I was scared & unsure, but took the leap of faith and ended up becoming OBSESSED. It was so much more than I ever could expect. The community. The energy. The encouragement from people who barely knew me but had so much faith in me that it pushed me into being the best version of myself. I can't wait to give you the same TOP NOTCH experience and cheer you on along the way. I'm so excited to be joining the most amazing Crew ever as an INSTRUCTOR! I can't wait to WERK towards our goals together - Are you ready to party?...see you in the studio soon!!

Cassady Chadwell

Hey, I'm Cass!!

I started off as a member upon recommendation from my dad and soon after found my way to working the desk and then went on to get my instructor certification!!

Outside of the studio I’m the Assistant Director of a small dance studio in Columbus. I teach dance to students ages 4-18, plus I teach Adult Dance Fitness!

I graduated from college in 2021 with a BFA in Theatre, so I’ve been “mic’ed up” my whole life, but now in this super new exciting way!!! My path was out of the ordinary, but if this isn’t proof that life takes you on journeys to the unexpected, then I don’t know what is!!! Take the risk, CREW, you may find something so amazing you never even knew was right for you!!

I’m grateful for the friends and family I’ve made in the past 2 years and I cannot wait to keep sweating *i mean sparkling* it out with y’all at THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!!

Haley Poole

Hi my name is Haley! I just moved to Columbus from Texas this year. I have always had a passion for fitness and helping others be the best version of themselves. I graduated from Texas A&M with my undergraduate and masters degree. During my time there I took up boxing, competed as an amateur boxer and trained other fighters for 3 and a half years. I also have a background in CrossFit and coached spin classes for 2 years while in Texas.
 
Outside of the fitness world, I work at Ohio State University in the Office of Advancement. I have 3 dogs and love spending time at coffee shops or breweries. I can’t wait to see y’all under the SPENGA lights!!

Jazmin Arce

Hey SPENGA Crew! <3My name is Jazmin, but you can call me Instructor Jaz! I used to dread working out, but that all changed when I found the best WERKout ever with SPENGA! This place is more than just a fitness studio—it’s a community where we push ourselves to be better than we were yesterday, a space to recharge, REVIVE, and connect as a community. The passion here is contagious, and I hope to bring that same energy into every session with you! :)I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with a minor in Spanish, from The Ohio State University, and went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Anatomy in 2022. Currently, I’m a Clinical Research Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, focusing on health equity and outcomes research. My lifelong dream is to become a physician, so I love talking about all things healthcare! Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, traveling, and learning something new. You’ll always find me smiling or laughing at something!I can’t wait to bring you the BEST. WERKOUT. EVER. Let’s work together to achieve our fitness goals and give back to ourselves both mentally and physically.See you in the studio very SOON!
