Hey SPENGA Crew! <3My name is Jazmin, but you can call me Instructor Jaz! I used to dread working out, but that all changed when I found the best WERKout ever with SPENGA! This place is more than just a fitness studio—it’s a community where we push ourselves to be better than we were yesterday, a space to recharge, REVIVE, and connect as a community. The passion here is contagious, and I hope to bring that same energy into every session with you! :)I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with a minor in Spanish, from The Ohio State University, and went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Anatomy in 2022. Currently, I’m a Clinical Research Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, focusing on health equity and outcomes research. My lifelong dream is to become a physician, so I love talking about all things healthcare! Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, traveling, and learning something new. You’ll always find me smiling or laughing at something!I can’t wait to bring you the BEST. WERKOUT. EVER.
