Hi CREW! My name is Kamal but you can call me 'Mr. Sunshine️' because of my radiating energy and enthusiasm. I fell in love with SPENGA 4 years ago where I instructed at SPENGA Fort Collins in Colorado and can’t express how much love and passion I have for SPENGA.

I ran Division 1 track at Colorado State University while receiving my degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine as well as a graduate certificate in Nutrition Sciences.

What makes SPENGA so special is that this WERKout is for anyone and the community and members we have are some of the best people in the world.

The energy that SPENGA brings is immaculate and it truly brings out the best version of yourself in every aspect. The way we break the WERKout into 3 pillars of fitness is something no other studio does which makes it THE BEST WERKOUT EVER!

I love SPENGA because it meets everyone in the middle no matter where they are in life. I love SPENGA because it changes and saves lives. I love SPENGA because it brings individuals in one place to let loose and have fun while WERKING. I love SPENGA because it allows me to be my authentic self everyday and I get to build a personal connection with the members and our staff.

  • SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. WERKout. Ever!

  • REP
  • 45-minute circuit-style STRENGTH only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.

  • PWR REVIVE
  • PWR REVIVE is a higher intensity 45-minute yoga-style session incorporating light hand weights, blocks, and short plyometric bursts.
