Hi! I’m Kirsten!

After two years as a dedicated member, I’m thrilled to be joining the crew as an instructor! SPENGA has been such a huge part of my fitness journey — it helped me get back into a routine after having kids and reminded me how good it feels to move with purpose.

My love for fitness is rooted in my extensive background in dance and dance education. When I’m not at the dance studio or SPENGA, I love painting and making sourdough. As a busy mom of two boys, I know how important it is to make time for yourself!

I’m a big believer in the mind-body connection and how mindset and intention can carry over into every area of your life. SPENGA helped me find a new level of confidence, and now I get to help you feel that same strength and motivation. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself.
