Schedule your WERKouts
Instead of waiting until an hour opens up in your schedule to squeeze in a session, try adding your workouts to your calendar ahead of time. By doing so, you’re setting aside time and prioritizing exercise. Also, you don’t skip out on important appointments with other people, so you shouldn’t skip out on an important appointment with yourself.
Limit non-priority activities
Can scrolling social media wait? How about the next episode on Netflix? In most cases, the answer is yes. However, we often get sucked into these types of activities and before we know it an hour has passed. Tell yourself you won’t participate in these activities until after your workout and you might be surprised how much time opens up.
