Alison Lukan

As an instructor for SPENGA Columbus and a Master Instructor for SPENGA Corporate, Alison brings a life-long passion for fitness to SPENGA where she delights in working with people as they progress on their personal journey. Alison is NASM certified both as a personal trainer (CPT) and corrective exercise specialist (CES). She has her Madd Dogg spinning certification and maintains a 200-Hour Yoga Certification as she works towards her 500-hour credentials. Away from the studio, you can find Alison on her bike, at a sporting event, or in search of the next Taylor Swift listening party. Alison also has a B.A. in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
Improve alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses. End this session with deep flexibility movements and a relaxing recovery. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session. 45 minutes.
